Why did you decide to pursue a career as a CPA?

I decided to pursue a career as a CPA after completing my bachelor’s degree, as it was the most logical step to make if I wanted fully engulf myself in the world of accounting and become the strongest accountant I can be. In addition, becoming a CPA would open more doors and opportunities for my future.

What advice could you give someone entering the CPA program?

My advice would be that whenever you are stressed out or struggling with your studies, to remember that you are not alone, and that thousands of other students across Canada are feeling the very same thing. Take a step back and remember how you got to this point in the program.

What was the best advice you were given that helped you through preparing for the CFE?

The best advice I was given to prepare for the CFE was to follow the study program exactly how it was designed and trust in the process.
