About: Women Leaders

Not only is Crowe MacKay unique due to our diverse landscape but we are equally diverse in the workplace. In our offices, equal opportunity is not just a marketing buzz word but deeply ingrained in our culture. Crowe MacKay is proud to be involved in several initiatives and programs across our communities that promote the growth of our current and future female leaders.

The Crowe MacKay Women’s initiative mandate is to establish a culture of strong women leadership by creating opportunity for mentorships, professional development and networking.
